Semi-breakin on the Orion is easily done by using the QSK adjustment.  There
is also a variable delay that can set to hold amplifiers and transverters in
the transmit position for up to 1 full second after keying is over.  And
keying the Orion is delayed 20 milliseconds to allow the external relays to
transfer.  So no keying problems should occur for you.
