Yes, I was just giving the PTT on CW guys a hard time.
My external PIN switch is set up for sequencing :-)
But, I've not seen a small external sequencer for use with older
amps that do not handle the sequencing...Did not realize that the
workaround was keying first via transceivers PTT. Perhaps this
is why there is no external box apparent in the market. Not to say
there isn't one, just that I've never seen...
Not that difficult to build. Heck, it could be done in software on
the PeeCee used for sending if that's the ops MO.

Well, I have a Titan One (Model 425), and it does exactly that. The
key plugs into the amp and the amp keys the rig. We don't have to
look very far!

PTT is one way to skin the cat.
How about an amp that handles the sequencing?
Plug ones key into the amp. The amp then keys the
exciter. I've not seen one, perhaps they are out there,
but a little external box to handle key sequencing, that
may be adjusted for the gear in use, makes a lot of sense
as a product for the pushbutton, wondows, autotune, world...
Or, build your own.
