I had a typo in my original post. I meant to say +/- 3 ppm and I thought
that was being generous. 1 ppm sound more likely for a TOL rig such as the
Orion. With +/- 1 ppm, the excursion should be less than 20 Hz (+/- 1 * 10)
at 10 MHz so the 35 Hz drift is way too high.
