If you power down the Orion while the preamp is turned on, when you apply power to the radio again the preamp is inactive (although "ON" is displayed next to the Preamp button). Pressing the PREAMP button twice (turning it OFF and back ON) reactivates the preamp. I am using software v1.341 in my Orion. 73, de Earl, K6SE |
