This message is to let all know on the Ten Tec net that I had an excellent
experience with Paul in the service/repair department today. This is a
continuation of the terrific service one gets from Ten Tec.
People are quick to complain but hesitant to tell about their positive
experiences. So, put this on the positive side of the ledger.
Actually, the problem I experienced was user error. No matter how I tried to
figure it out, I couldn?t. Paul, who deals with Ten Tec OMNI V rigs and
others, was extremely helpful. The problem was fixed, although it wasn?t a
problem. It was merely my error.
I?ve owned Ten Tec rigs for 25 years or so. I don?t think you can beat their
service.
