I've been using Prolog2K with success, although the QSL label interface
could stand some improvement. However, for tracking awards and maintaining a
QSL manager database I think it is excellent. I've also used
Log-Eqf...great for various contests, etc, worked fine with Pegasus but I
did not like its award-tracking as well.
