Well, if you had to place a phone call to Osaka to get accurate tech
support, or ship the rig to the far east for competent (factory) repair,
probably close to zero would get sold to current TT customers. If Ten-Taki
America support were anything like current YaeComWood America support, then
maybe a few would be sold until the word got out about the level of
customer service (or lack thereof.)
I have been down the YaeComWood route, and will not subject myself to that
kind of abuse again. They are nice rigs if you never ever require support
after the sale. Decent performance, cheap, but essentially disposable
rigs, in the same vein as throw-away VCRs and TVs.
