Hello. This reflector has been invaluable to this newbie. I have not been
able to utilize all of the well intentioned posts yet, but it certainly is
gratifying to see a spirit of cooperation and camraderie at work. We can
however, do without the racist invective. There is no need to denigrate the
efforts of our Japanese colleagues when we sing the praises of home-grown
equipment. The internet community is as global as the Ham Radio one. When
we articulate our deepest paranoia in a public forum such as this one, we
merely reinforce the notion of "The Ugly (North)American". Respectfully,
