I do PSK31 all the time. I have a direct connection
from the accessory out on the Pegasus to my sound card
line in. I have a direct connection from the sound card
output right channel to the Pagsus accessory input.
I turn the microphone gain to minimum on the Pegasus.
The windows mixer master gain is half and the wave input
is one third.
The ALC light in on most of the time except on the
10M band were it flickers off on some charcters.
I monitor the output with a seperate Drake R-8 receiver.
I have been getting good reports.
I adjust the mixer level control a little for for other
modes like feld-hell or mt63. The same setting works for
MixW, WinPsk, Digipan, TrueTTY, logger, and WriteLog.
For RTTY you can use the same settings or turn it up a
little since RTTY is AFSK which is not as sensitive to
level as BPSK31.
I do have a piece of metal under all my equipment including
the computer and the Centaur. There is no RF feedback even
at 350 Watts output. My antenna is a wire on all bands.
