Are you aware of the Omni VI interface work going on by
the group at:
http://www.qsl.net/k5yef/
or, maybe I should say the guy, K5YEF. He is looking
for others who know programming to join in. Looks as if a
good CAT control of the Omni is not too far off in time,
maybe even quite useful now! I have not tried it yet.
