Yes, 3.1 is the pits.
There is improvement when one moves to 95, but my understanding is that
Pegasus software is 16 bit so must share a single virtual machine even in
WIN 95.
A key item is you were keying the Pegasus via its internal keyer, so the PC
should not be involved with the keying at all.
