[TenTec] Jones Plug for 251 & recepticle for 405

I recently bought a model 405 50W amp & have had no luck locating a Jones
recepticle.  

I have checked my latest  Mouser (no luck) & Newark (none looks like the one
on the amp) catalogues.

I also need a Jones plug for the matching 251 power supply.
