Yes, there are really three areas to look at with the lamps.....
1. Check the bottom of the bulb/lamp itself for corrosion oxidation, etc
2. Check the ground connection of the lamp socket to the support bracket
(and maybe even the bracket connection to the chassis, but this requires
dismantling the front panel covers, etc)
3. Check the gap or clearance between the bracket and the S Meter
screw head
#2 is probably the most common problem.....
