Since DOS is technically "going away" from Microsoft's cash cow and going
unsupported, has there been any serious effort to run TrLog under Linux
either through an DOS emulator or natively? As Linux (or other versions of
UNIX) mature and evolve, maybe someone (am I opening my mouth here?) could
check into this. Then, all the networking, filesystems, I/O ports, etc - not
to mention low cost and reusing older hardware - would still be there along
with the spirit of contribution that has been lacking for so long in the
hobby (I am from the old days when you built your own stuff instead of
"shack on the belt" thinking....)
Enough soapbox for now...I love TR, and will continue to use it, even on my
486-66.
What about USB ports versus standard Serial...
