Within the last six months, I have purchased two boxes of 2n2222
transistors from Radio Shack, and found that 80% of them did
not work properly. Now I get them from Mouser.com, which, by the
way, is a fabulous outfit to deal with. No minimum order, no
credit card surcharge, shipping by U.S. mail if desired.
