[TRLog] Running under Win98

mother board serial ports and ISA serial ports usually run fine with TRLog
under WIN98 in a "DOS WINDOW".
Add on PCI serial ports such as Byterunner and SiiG usually must run under
" native" or rebooted DOS with a DOS driver preloaded (thanks N0AX).

By the way the DOS driver as supplied with Siig cards doesn't work, an
updated driver must be downloaded form their WEB site.

USB serial ports with RS232 adapters remain a mystery

PS: Jim 98% of the time I run under WIN98 unless I need COM5 and 6 which I
have a PCI card for, then I have to run under DOS. Drop me a direct Email
if you are having problems under WIN98.
