To summarize my previous post:
1. The JARL standard format is now completely documented.
2. It is possible for folks outside Japan to use that information to
make a submission that will be accepted by the JARL. I say this
because I'm an absolute git & if I managed to do it, anyone can!
My submission was with logtype "TR".
3. Because of all the problems the JARL standard format has
created for folks outside Japan, this year the JARL contest
committee will accept anything as long as it provides all the
required information. This explains why folks now find that
whatever they send is being accepted.
