> What do they mean???
They mean that they will decide later whether to accept this log or not
> Don't they accept the TR log format???
No, they do not
> ...and in that case - why?
Because they have developed their own format similar to HTML (they use tags
to identify lines of info) and the description is on their site.
> What shall the TR Log users do - don't participate in that contest anymore
or is it anything Tree can do to please the Japaneese???
I have chosen to participate but not send the log. I think since they have
developed the format they should develop the conversion utility as well and
distribute it freely for all the major contest software. I do not think Tree
should write conversion utility for every contest should contest sponsors
come up with new ideas about the format of email log submission. If JARL
wants logs coming in they should take care of it.
