The name is created based upon the band/mode for the dupesheet, and if
you selected separate sheets by band/mode. LBTH20.DS means both modes
for 20 meters. LCW20.DS and LSSB20.DS are possible names, as is LALLBTH.DS.

I just tried this with the current version and it worked okay. I will
try with 5.91 at home tonight to see if it fails. I found a bug
where some of the POST routines were trying to use the old country file
unit (which used the version 8 CT files).
This fix was implemented in 5.94, but probably wasn't mentioned in the
read.me file since nobody had reported the bug and I didn't think anyone
printed dupesheets anymore. Which brings me to my other point - if you
submit your log electronically for the CQ WW - you don't need dupe sheets!
