This Week's Contests:

1.  Thursday Night QRP Fox Hunt.  0200-0330Z Friday.  5W maximum power. 
  Two QRP foxes (AC7A, TOM, AZ and W1AW/4 HIRAM GA) will be hiding 
between 3550 and 3570 kHz.  Exchange:  RST, SPC, Name, Power.  Work only 
the two foxes.  No spotting permitted.  I will be operating as W1AW/4.

2.  NCCC NS Ladder.  Thursday night local, 0230-0259Z Friday.  100W 
maximum power.  one kHz QSY rule.  20, 40, 80, 160M CW.  Exchange:  both 
calls, #, name, SPC.  Look around 1815 and 040 kHz on the other bands.

3.  YL ISSB QSO Party, CW.  48 hours of Sat/Sun UTC.  All contest bands 
CW.  Exchange:  RST + Name + SPC + YLSSB# if you have one.  Not ever 
much activity in this one.

4.  CQ WorldWide RTTY WPX Contest.  48 hours of Sat/Sun UTC.  80-10M 
RTTY.  Single ops:  maximum of 30 hours.  80-10M RTTY.  Exchange:  RST + 
serial #.       

5.  South Africa Relay League Field Day Contest.  1000Z Sat to 1000Z 
Sun.  160-10M, CW, SSB, Digital.  Exchange:  # of transmitters, category 
(see rules), So Afr Province or "DX."

6.  Spring Asia-Pacific Sprint, CW.  1100-1300Z Sat.  40M, 20M CW. 
Exchange:  RST + Serial #.  Work only Asia stations.

7.  Dutch PACC Contest.  12Z Sat to 12Z Sun.  170-10M CW, SSB. 
Exchange:  RS(T) + serial # or PA province.  Work only Dutch stations.

8.  Straight Key Weekend Sprintathon.  12Z Sat to 24Z Sun, maximum of 24 
hours.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + Name + SKCC# or "none."  Use a mechanical 
key.  Bonus points for QSOs with new members per band.  New members have 
numbers 11576 or higher.

9.  OMISS QSO Party.  15Z Sat to 15Z Sun.  160-10M SSB.  Exchange:  RS + 
SPC + OMISS# if you have one.

10.  New Hampshire QSO Party.  16Z Sat to 04Z Sun; 12-22Z Sun.  All 
bands except WARC, CW/Digital, Phone.  Exchange:  RS(T) + S/P/DX or NH 
county.

11.  FISTS Winter Sprint.  80-10M CW.  1700-2100Z Sat.  100W maximum 
power.  Exchange:  RST + SPC + Name + Power.

12.  FISTS SK/Bug Sprint. Tuesday local, 0130-0330Z Wednesday.  20, 40, 
80M CW.  5W maximu power.  Exchange: RST + SPC + NAQCC# or power. 
Multiply score by 2 for hand key and by 1 1/2 for bug.

13.  40 QRP Fox Hunt.  Tuesday night local.  0200-0330Z Wednesday.  Same 
rules as for the 80M hunt on Thursday except the frequency range is 7030 
to 7050 kHz and there are two different QRP Foxes: K4FB, Paul, FL and 
W9CF, Kevin, AZ.

14.  CWOps Club CWT Mini Tests.  Wednesday local date.  Three separate 
one hour mini tests.  1300Z, 1900Z, 0300Z (Thursday UTC date).  160-10M 
CW.  Look around 028 kHz.  Exchange:  Name + CWOps# or SPC.
