8. 80M QRP Fox Hunt. Same as 40M for Thursday except the frequencies
are 3550 to 3570.
9. Straight Key Century Club Sprint (SKS). 0000-0200Z Wed (Tues
local). 160-10M CW. Exchange: RST + Name + SPC + SKCC# or power. Use
mechanical keys.
10. NAQCC 160M Sprint. 0130-0330Z Thurs (Wed local). 5W maximum. Use
mechanical keys. Exchange: RST + SPC + NAQCC# or power. Good
opportunity to check out your 160M set up before the CQ 160M CW contest
the next weekend.
Hope everyone has a nice week and weekend and makes a lot of QSO. There
have been some eS openings reported on 10 and 6M in the past few days,
so we can hope for some during ARRL VHF SS.
The Jubilee Operations for the 50th Anniversary of QRPARCI continue
through Sunday evening at 00Z with K6JSS/4, the club call, being used by
QRPARCI members in GA. Coordination is with W4QO. Look for the call
usually near the published QRP calling frequencies, but it has been
active on other frequencies as well. It will be operated QRP, but you
may call with any legal power. You can find spots at http://qrpspots.com.
73, John, K4BAI.
