Thanks to Ralph for rounding up teams.

I'm hopeful to be back on the air for this one somewhere! and would 
encourage everyone to get on. This contest is a great one especially if you 
are new to the contesting world as the exchange is about as simple as it 
gets, the power limits really  level the playing field and condx for the 
January NAQP's are usually decent.
