I think I'm gonna sponser my own RTTY contest.  It will require a 
investment however.

We must all use ONLY 85 cycle of shift.  110WPM,  Inverted Mark/Space 
and preferable
incrypted..But to keep legal the codes must be made available to 
everyone.  Maybe we could get
K1MAN to publish it on his useless web page.

You can ONLY operate in a common CW segement and no speakers are allowed.

The contest will be run only when there is a scheduled CW contest or 
activity.
