Hi,
This seems a good time to open a discussion on GQP rule changes for next year.
Tommy suggested it earlier, so I asked he and Hal to help work up a proposed
set of rules from my collection of notes from a lot of earlier discussions.
Currently on the gqp.contesting.com web site the "Rules" page has been loaded
with that proposed set of rules. It is a base for discussion.
Let's split the discussion into two sessions, to keep things a bit manageable.
First can we work on items 1 thru 6, pretty much the nuts and bolts rules.
Your discussion, input, revisions, and approval here first please.
Then a "wide open" session including the more fun topic of Awards, and of
course the separation of Mixed into 2 or 3 classes will immediately follow.
Please visit the web site, read the rule proposal, and return your comments.
BTW, I plan to redesign the web site for navagation and overall appearance
after this input.
SO, please return your comments on the reflector. On the first roll, keep it
to the first topic if possible.

Also many members who made earlier comments and suggestions will find evidence
of their input in the body of the work.
