Heartily agree with those who say this is the year we take #1. A lousy
400,000 points
would do it.

We need to start planning, and get committments from all those who
will operate, on SSB, CW or both. If any one member does not plan on
both, and that would reflect on the 175 mile circle, I will propose a
temp change.
