In reference to the email from K4BAI concerning the addition of a new
officer as Treasurer, please consider the following.
Article II, Section 1 is quoted as follows.

Sec 1. The officers of this club shall be President, Vice President
and Secretary.

In accordance with other provisions of the Constitution and By_Laws, I
propose that the above section 1 of Article II be amended as follows:

Sec. 1 The officers of this club shall be President, Vice President,
Secretary, and Treasurer.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
All members are reminded that the VP is required to post the results
of the vote on the above proposal within 7 days.
All members are cordially invited to comment on the reflector
regarding their views. However, please keep in mind that while your
comments may be pro or con, they do not constitute a vote unless you
specifically state something like: "I vote Yes/No for this amendment.
