[SECC] W4AN - Silent Key - April 4, 2004

Hello all:

See the message below from W8JI with the terrible news that Bill Fisher,
W4AN, passed away early today. Tom also called me on the telephone. I
am afraid it is no April fools day joke as Ken Byers wrote that he
hoped. I will pass along any information on the funeral arrangements.
Maybe we can dedicate the GQP next weekend to Bill's memory. Or is that
just too trivial?

73,

John, K4BAI.
