I vote yes, even though I'm not sure that I qualify in that I haven't 
posted a second score this year.  If I am deemed to be disqualified from 
voting, then discard my ballot.

I'll try to get the RS 10M mobile on the air this weekend, or maybe even 
drag out the Kenwood and hook it up to the car battery.  I have to be on 
duty at the fire station all day Saturday, and Sunday I'm obligated from 
0700-1400L, then again from 1630 to 2000L.  Please listen for me around
