[SECC] GAQP QSL question

Don't worry about it.  Get to it when you get to it.

I also believe in QSL'ing 100per.  I just wish those that wanted MY CARD SO
BAD would spring for a SASE.

When I was KX6AA in the Marshalls I handled the cards myself.  It was 8
years before the last request came in.
