[SECC] Center of the World

OK. I'm off on a tangent.. Is there an exact center point defined. Buford ,
GA is pretty broad. I was playing with the idea of putting all the members
in my gps waypoint software and playing with the distances.. I'll see if i
can figure out the lat/lon for downtown buford..
