[SECC] Club names

The ARRL has already posted messages that initials for a club name are
not acceptable. Reason is (example) the Greenville ARC in SC could
have the same initials as the Gainsville ARC in GA.

They specifically specify that the full club name must be spelled out.

Might be a good habit to get into.
