[SECC] Savannah GA Area

I am trying to track down a CW carrier on about 28017.2 MHz. It is there 24 
hrs each day. If you are near Savannah, GA please take a listen and if you 
hear it take a bearing and e-mail me the info. It is best to listen early 
before the band opens.
