[SECC] Two more GQP's

Add LY3BA, my error, to the list of logs in hand. Gedas' log was here very
quickly, and I sent a note, but didn't get his call on the list.
Also N4PN is with K4EA, and Neal will holding any other submissions to him
until after the deadline.
W4CEB sent logs to Neal and me also....
New total = 65 with two weeks to go.
