[SECC] GQP thoughts

I don't want to adopt the hours of the FQP. We adopted the hours of
their first QSO Party. Then they changed their Sunday start time to
"allow for more DX QSOs." However, as we are now in the sunspot cycle,
the bands are not opening for DX QSOs even as early as 14Z, when we now
start it. I also like the fact that I can go to early church before the
second session of the contest starts. 73, John, K4BAI.
