Hi Paul,
We have down loaded a new copy of S.D. Logger and followed the set up procedure
as per the manual and this is the result. I have just changed the P.C to a
computer which runs Windows 11.
I have used your program since 2011 with no issues before and would very much
appreciate any ideas,

SD needs to run in "legacy console mode", as shown on page 3 of the SD
manual. However, Windows 11 may not come with legacy console mode
installed.
If the "Use legacy console" flag on the Properties / Options screen [as per
page 3 of the SD manual] is greyed out, you can install legacy console mode
by going to Windows -> Settings -> System -> Optional features -> Legacy
Console Host -> Add
