Updated from the latest CTY.DAT supplied by AD1C.
CQ 160m Contest:
Updated for new scoring and exchange. SD pre-fills
the CQ Zone for all non-W/VE QSOs, and tracks state
and country mults.
SDVCHECK:
ADIF file. Updated header records.
.COV file. Fixed formatting error in score summary.
PA QSO Party:
Fixed error in the template file for DX entrants.
