On the ARRL DXCC on line application there is no place to fill in RST ....
While RST maybe uploaded to LOTW, the FAQ doesn't list RST match as a
requirement

I'm pretty sure that the FCC doesn't care how we acknowledge exchanges.
There's nothing in the rules mandating any kind of exchange format.
