Bill, I can run into them in every contest. From about 14.090 up to 14.115 or so mostly. Never really strong but if the band is marginal you have to qsy to get a clear freq because they are loud enough to whack a lot of DX.

bands.
Of course everyone tries to stay away from their frequencies much like SSTV
on 14230,
but they are a nuisance and they are appearing on more and more frequencies.

IK, but I stand by my original statement. They have never bothered me,
even once. What frequencies are you finding them on? Perhaps they are
much closer to you than to me, here in So California?
