Bill, I can run into them in every contest. From about 14.090 up to 14.115
or so mostly. Never really strong but if the band is marginal you have to
qsy to get a clear freq because they are loud enough to whack a lot of DX.

even once. What frequencies are you finding them on? Perhaps they are
much closer to you than to me, here in So California?
