Yep you are probably right. With all the different ways to set
everything up in Writelog, RTTYrite and MMTTY, I think I probably got a
few things all screwed up.
Writelog, I think got more complicated over the years compared when I
last used it in 2004/2005. Having only USB Ports also threw a few
screws into the gears.
Anyway N1MM+ is working just fine and I will stick with that for now.

Probably because you don't understand the way WriteLog generates
FSK. With the addition of the MMTTY.ocx interface, there are two
ways to get FSK from Writelog/MMTTY:
1) Let WriteLog generate FSK by setting the FSK port in Rttyrite
and selecting "hardware generated FSK" (for true UART ports)
or "software generated FSK" (for USB ports and hardware devices
like RigExpert or US Interface).
2) Let MMTTY generate FSK by setting the FSK Port in Rttyrite to
*NONE* and configuring the PTT & FSK port in MMTTY as if you
were running MMTTY standalone.
I suggest you study Don's excellent Writelog and RTTY tutorials.
