Hi Joe,
GRITTY makes decoded characters, along with confidence information, available via its TCP interface. It is ready for the
integration project that you have described.
By the way, GRITTY already does something like this for callsign extraction. It takes all copies of a callsign in the message
and merges them in a statistically optimal way to produce a single, more reliable callsign estimate for the call stack.

The true breakthrough in RTTY decoding will come when some smart
programmer takes multiple copies of 2Tone (with different profiles)
plus multiple copies of MMTTY (with different profiles) and GRITTY,
eliminates the low confidence decodes and integrates the resulting
"clean" data into a single interface. That will free the user from
constantly scanning multiple decoder windows and mousing from decoder
to decoder to capture calls/reports.
