I think the problem is the macrothen module that Wrtelog uses. As Don Hill told me, it's not native to Writelog and it does strange things. It would be nice if somebody
would write a contest module for Writelog that would work correctly in the
Makrothen contest.

I couldn't get staions to highlight in color in WL but they did in 2Tone.

Hi all,

I am not sure whether this is a bug with WL v11.22G or not...

If I work stations on - say - 15m, then change bands, and later go back to 15m, stations that were previously worked on 15m are now showing as not yet worked.

Anyone else seeing this too?

Hi again,

I should have said that the spots aren't showing up as worked in the BANDMAP. In the Rx window, they do, it's just the bandmap that is showing them as not yet worked.

Phil,

I'm noticing problems too. In addition to worked stations not always
showing as dupes in the Band Map, last night when I clicked on several spots in the RTTY segment my radio mode was shifted from RTTY to CW! These should all be RTTY spots as I am filtering the spots from VE7CC-1 to just the RTTY
sub-bands and also filtering out any that indicate CW in the spot.
Something is amiss!

73,
Gary AL9A

Gary and the group,

Yup, I also found that "some" spots - when clicked on - moved the rig to CW.
At one point, I saw VA2UP, clicked on his spot, and it turned to CW, but
when I clicked on another spot, the rig went back to RTTY.

I also noted that I had worked NS9I, and the bandmap showed this call in
red, but another spot came up, with a different QRG, and I then had NS9I
twice on the bandmap, one in red, and one in blue/green, indicating not
worked.

I'm not sure if it is just this module, or the new version of Writelog, but
something is definitely flakey currently.

I don't recall this problem in previous years, so something has changed.

Perhaps others will find similar once this session is over.

I'll be back on air tomorrow............
