Bill, FWIW: There are plenty of stations calling you but you're not
hearing/printing them. The 0400 UTC is too early for propagation over
the Rockies from the Midwest. 0600 to 0800 would be better, in my
experience. You are currently 50% printable, and assuming you are
running 1.5 Kw, our 100 to 500 Watt signals are 10 to 20 dB down.
