[RTTY] Strange Number in CQ Cabrillo Format Example

The CQ Cabrillo example at for the CQ WW RTTY contest shows some strange 
numbers on the far right.  What are these number and will they be required?

My fldigi generated Cabrillo report looks like the example with the exception 
of the strange numbers on the far right.
