The K3 switches to the last used digital mode each time
you change modes. Go band to band and change mode to AFSK A
on each band. Also check to see what mode commands your
logging/digital software might be sending.

Joe- found that for some reason- the K3 keeps switching out of AFSK-A, to other
digital modes-when I switch it back- all Ok for a while and then it switches
again- seems sometimes it happens after changing. Any idea why that would
happen?

Make sure K3 DATA mode is AFSK A not FSK D. Signalink is a dumb USB
sound card, not an FSK interface.

I thought I had all setup for contest this weekend. Had both N1MM set and MMTTY
as a backup ready. But tonight when I tried to jump in found that when I try to
Tx, I get a solid tone, no diddles. Any obvious things to check that might
cause this? Have a K3 and signalink USB interface.
thanks
