And those "taps" would likely send you to jail, although I sympathize with your 
feelings.

What the jammer is doing is technically not even against the law, just an FCC 
rule violation. What you are suggesting is a felony and if it takes place 
inside his own house, he can legally kill you with no consequences. 

Still think it's a good idea?
