Ken,
If you're using N1MM Logger for contesting, there is an option to
suppress multiple line feeds. Go into the DI-1 menu > Settings >
General/MMTTY Setup tab. In the left column, the third item down is
"Remove Excess Linefeeds from RX Window". Enable that checkbox. The
annoyance of some operators "wasting paper" (in the old days of
mechanical printers) will be resolved.
Other contest programs might have this feature as well, but someone else
will have to comment about that.
