I work ARRL 10 Meter contest in Mixed mode QRP every once in a while.

I would make a couple SSB contacts (just enough to be sure to get into other
peoples' submitted logs) and then spend the rest of the time in CW.

Why? The top score for Mixed QRP is quite often lower than the top scores for
CW only, especially in QRP. Therefore, by spending just a couple of minutes
making noises into a microphone, you can move your 50th place ranking in CW to
1st place in Mixed mode.

So, how would ARRL 10 Meter Mixed mode be defined if RTTY were added? Is it
{CW or RTTY} plus SSB, or is it CW plus {SSB or RTTY}? If the choice is
either of those, I would not choose to use RTTY for Mixed mode in that contest.
