Cheating is always going to occur!! This is only a hobby and the only
person who get any gratification out of achieving the goal is the person who
did it. If he cheats, he knows that he cheated and how can that ever be
anything but detrimental to him? What is the goal of achieving awards?
Perhaps bragging rights, but you will not make a big payday!!
I got my clearances in the Military easier than some amateurs would allot
credits. Enough already!!
