The ARRL band plans do not have the force of law to be sure, but to
say they mean "nothing' is a bit much. I see them as a valid attempt
to address issues which the FCC does not and I accept them as such. If
all hams would voluntarily accept them a lot of hassle would go away.
Wouldn't that be nice?
