The published Cabrillo format for each contest is absolutely rigid and unique to each contest. The exchange order in a Cabrillo file must precisely follow what the robot needs. E.g., if they ask for "599 STATE" in the Cabrillo file, you cannot submit a file with "STATE 599" in the exchange field.
